We are honored and thankful for our ongoing collaboration with renowned coffee producer Ninety Plus Coffee and Joseph Brodsky. Since 2006, Ninety Plus Coffee has been radically transforming the conventional coffee farming practice, expanding and redefining taste profiles, and (re)awakening the world to how good coffee can be.
Drawing inspiration from heirloom Ethiopian coffee varieties growing wild in the understory of the forest in their natural state, Ninety Plus Coffee’s sustainable farming practice applies its coffee reforestation model to more than 1,000 hectares in the western highlands of Panama. This farming model along with Joseph Brodsky’s innovative and experimental processes has produced some of the most unique and rare coffees in the world. These coffees have earned the world’s highest accolades and have been used to win 5 out of 6 World Brewers Cup Championships.
Tacklebox Architecture continues to work closely with the brilliant Joseph Brodsky to develop branding, innovative packaging, roast/grind/brew tool-sets and specialized serving vessels that invite passionate coffee consumers to connect directly with this storied producer in a first-of-its-kind model that aims to expand the Ninety Plus Coffee experience globally.
